What’s the difference between vacuum tankers and pumped-out systems?

Vacuum tankers and pumped systems both play important roles in effluent management, but they’re used quite differently. Our 11,000-litre vacuum tanker allows us to reach parts of your farm that traditional irrigators or pumped systems simply can’t. It’s particularly useful when access is limited, or where you need to remove and relocate effluent quickly and efficiently.

Pumped-out systems, by contrast, are ideal for regular distribution across paddocks when good infrastructure is in place. Many farmers use both methods to maximise nutrient spread and coverage across their property. It all depends on terrain, timing, and tank locations.
