System Concept / Brief
This farm required efficient solids management for above-ground tank storage with high solids content. To achieve this, a compact and controllable separation system was essential.
A mechanical separator from the Yardmaster HSS range was selected, featuring low-maintenance design elements such as urethane protection on the auger. The system’s small footprint and mechanical reliability ensured effective solids separation.
Submersible stirrers with winched davits were used to keep equipment easy to access and maintain — all from outside the tank. The result: a smart, serviceable effluent system that’s easy to operate and control.
