On-Farm Servicing

To keep your effluent system running smoothly we have a mobile servicing team equipped with trucks, hiab lifting capability and a basic mobile workshop. 

We will schedule regular maintenance checks, provide an assessment of equipment and systems as needed, or for emergencies will come and repair.

The team are supported by our Designers and skilled Engineers at the Reid & Harrison manufacturing plant.

Maintenance Matters Programme

Reid & Harrison are always looking to improve our customers' experience. That's why we've introduced our new Maintenance Matters programme.

Because we know regular maintenance results in cost savings long-term and helps avoid system failures, this new programme offers a more proactive maintenance offering for your effluent equipment.

• Our first visit is FREE where we inspect how the equipment is running and determine the need for further work.
• We will leave a check list of what was inspected.
• Any further replacement parts, repair or maintenance work needed will be discussed and quoted, if needed.
• You can book further yearly inspections at a fixed cost.
• We are always available to discuss your effluent systems performance and any plans to improve.
• Reid & Harrison regularly receives customer's pumps, stirrers and irrigators, which we repair in the factory.

• We can repair most makes of pumps and stirrers not just Yardmaster.
• We can repair almost all brands of irrigators.
• We also service equipment on the farm.
• If the equipment does need factory repair, we can pick up and reinstall for you.
