Dane Lowe is at the heart of Reid & Harrison’s service operations. As Services Manager, he ensures customers receive top-notch support, combining hands-on expertise with strong problem-solving skills. 

The Driving Force Behind Reid & Harrison's Service Team

Born and raised in Matamata, Dane grew up in a family involved in construction, particularly building cow sheds. This early experience laid the foundation for his career in hands-on, practical work. After spending time overseas, he returned home, working for his brother’s business, Lowe Builders, before joining Reid & Harrison eight years ago.

A Day in the Life

Managing a team of seven staff, Dane's role is dynamic and fast-paced. Customer calls come in throughout the day, ranging from breakdowns that need urgent attention to new installations. He is directly involved in planning and execution, ensuring that what’s promised is delivered. Unlike traditional sales roles, he follows through on projects personally, by getting stuck into the job himself.

Dane thrives on tackling challenges and finding effective solutions to keep effluent systems running smoothly. His in-depth industry knowledge, combined with a hands-on approach, ensures customers receive practical, reliable service tailored to their needs.

Living just a short distance from his family’s old farm, Dane values the balance of rural and town life. With exciting projects on the horizon, he remains dedicated to delivering top-tier service and maintaining Reid & Harrison’s reputation for reliability and expertise.
